Description

Reference Numbered Note 22. It is the intent to award a purchase order no later than 30 September 2007. Dallas Avionics Inc., Part No's: TDFM136, Digital VHF Transceiver; Blackhawk Install Kit J201, J202; and Comant Antenna VHF/FM BNT Whip. In accord ance with FAR 13.5, the Contracting Officer has determined to solicit from a single source based on the requried communications equipment has received an Airworthiness Release from the Department of the Army, Aviationand Missile Research, Development, and Engeering, for the use of these systems on CH47 and UH60 aircraft. Dallas Avionics Inc is the exclusive distributor of the Technisonic Industries Limited's TDFM-136 and UH60 Adapter Kit for the TDFM-136. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (18-SEP-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
