- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease street-level contiguous (same floor) office space, or contiguous upper-floor office space which meets GSA lease criteria and has handicapped accessible elevator service to the tenant office floor as an acceptable alternative. The space offered must consist of approximately 5,333 rentable square feet in Ontario, Oregon. The space should yield a minimum of 4,637 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The parking to square foot ratio available on site shall at least meet current local code requirements. Availability of public transportation with adequate parking must be available within two-blocks of the offered space. A 20-foot setback will be required. The proposed space must be located within the city limits of Ontario, Oregon within one of the three following delineated areas: Downtown Area: North Boundary: NW 2nd Avenue South Boundary: SW 5th Avenue East Boundary: S. Oregon Street/N.Oregon Street West Boundary: SW 10th Street/NW 10th Street Eastside Area: North Boundary: Idaho Avenue (HWY 30) South Boundary: SE 5th Avenue East Boundary: Snake River West Boundary: Interstate 84 Western Business Corridor Area: North Boundary: SW 4th Avenue (Hwy 201 East/West) South Boundary: SW 18th Avenue East Boundary: SW 10th Street West Boundary: SW 30th Street (Hwy 201 North/South) No one of the delineated areas is considered more preferable than the other. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than August 1, 2009. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
