Description

The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound (FISCPS) in support of Naval Hospital, Okinawa, has a requirement for preventive maintenance service sterilizing equipment. The machines that will be serviced are: 1. STM Generator 2. UL and CSA System 3. Prevac ST/STG 3 4. Reliance Washer/Sterilizer 5. Century Gravity Sterilizer 6. REL 444 Washer 7. CENT VA SD STM REC The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price service type contract. The period of performance for the base year is 01 October 2007 through 30 Sep 2008. Up to two one-year option periods may be included. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Steris Corporation, Erie, Pa 16506. Therefore, this notice is published for informational purposes only. FOB origin: U.S. Naval Hospital, Okinawa, Japan 96362. Written requests may be emailed to joseph.lownik@navy.mil. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by FISCPS.
