Description

This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes ar e being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W91YTV-07-T-6201. This acquisition is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clause 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal applies to this acquisition. Vendors shall comply with FAR 52.211-6 if submitting other than the Brand Name product. The North Americ an Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is: 334290; The U.S. Army SR W2DH MEDDACC MED Supply Activity, Fort Geo Meade, Maryland 20755-5000, has a requirement for Microlog Premier Maintenance Contract. It is the intent of t he Government to award this requirement as a sole source to the manufacturer, Microlog. Item No. 0001: Annual Premier Maintenance from date of award for one year. Quote all or none. The delivery terms will be for all material to be delivered on or about 30 days after receipt of order. The government anticipates awarding a single awar d for this requirement.
