Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The 109th Airlift Wing has a requirement for a Portable diesel fuel cloud point analyzer. This analyzer tssts results correlate with ASTM D-5773 and ASTM D-2500.
