Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation to furnish Visual Information Equipment as provided in the CLINs listed below with delivery to 96th RRC, Salt Lake City, UT 84113. This award will be made on an all or none basis. This combined synopsis/sol icitation is prepared in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition procedures in FAR 13 and the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation; quotes are b eing requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under W912CB-07-T-0037 and is due by 24th Sep 2007, 4pm CST. The RFQ is a fixed price contract with delivery date of 24 October 20 07. Prices submitted are to be FOB Destination. This is a small business set-aside, with NAICS code 334310, and the small business size standard is 750 employees. Specifically, 52.212-3 Alt I shall be comp leted electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov by the solicitation due date to be eligible to receive an award for this solicitation. In accordance with FAR 52.212-1(k), prospective awardee shall be registered and active in the CCR database prior to award. I f the Offeror does not become registered in the CCR database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer (NLT due date/time of solicitation), the Contracting Officer will proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror.
