- The synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is a single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access the information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, intends to purchase the following Curtiss-Wright (Primagraphics Ltd) manufactured hardware from any manufacturer authorized retailer. All items are to be priced Open Market or GSA only, no other methods will be accepted. Item No. 1, Qty 1, Desc. SYS-C318-0-0062 - Sentric 200-v Recording System; rack mount enclosure; 2 disk carriers installed; supports 4 x RGB, 4 x audio, 2 x TV; Item No. 2, Qty 2, Desc. ACC-C318-0-0602 - Sentric Disk Drive Assembly (3 00GB); Item No. 3, Qty 1, DSW-C318-0-0450 - Sentric PC Replay Software on CDROM: Supports RGB and audio replay, Windows 2K and XP compatible, includes executable program and full source code; Item No. 4, Qty 1, SYS-C318-0-099 - Sentric PC Replay System, comprising; high performance desktop PC; installed Sentric PC replay software; SCSI drive carrier to receive Sentric disk. Delivery is required within 16 weeks of award. The warranty shall by the standard manufacturer?s 12 month; no third party substitutes will be accepted. These items will be acquired utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. The closing date is 17 September 2007 at 1200, Eastern Time, noon. Anticipated Award date is 24 September 2007. All items shall be priced FOB-Destination, Dahlgren, VA. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT ISSUE A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR QUOTATION AS ALL ITEMS ARE IDENTIFIED IN THIS NOTICE.
