- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a delivery order under BOA N00019-06-G-0014 with Alliant Techsystems Inc., Clearwater, Florida on a sole source basis for the following effort(s): (1) labor and material required to respond to the USAF's requirement to manufacture 16 System Test Sets (STS) Stimulators for the Air Force. This action is being awarded on a sole source basis to Alliant Techsystems in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Alliant Techsystems is the only qualified source which possesses the detailed knowledge of the AAR-47 design to allow them to perform these efforts in a timely and cost effective manner.
