- This is a Market Survey to locate sources for spares for the Converter, Waveform , P/N 69-589. This item is P/O 15, 30, and 60 kW Mil Standard Generator Sets. This effort is for a 5-yr IDIQ Requirements Contract. The range quantities for each y ear are a minimum of 115, medium is from 116 - 500, and high is from 501 1100. Request that suppliers provide the Government with their Production Lead Time, monthly production rate, and a cost estimate for this item. The NSN is 6625-01-180-7579. Top a ssembly drawing 69-589 is available from the Army. Suppliers capable of furnishing this item must so indicate, by writing to Commander, USA CECOM, ATTN: AMSEL-LC-CCS-E-GN, Building 1200W, Ft. Monmouth, NJ 07703-5023. The response must include documentatio n such as test results, copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the listed source or a statement from listed source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Army with a unit from the previous suppliers listed above. The resp onse should also include production lead times, number of years part will be available, price break ranges if applicable, part number & CAGE of proposed parts, or any other information that could affect the acquisition, supply and delivery of the parts. T he Government will consider parts from other sources that have the same form, fit, and function as the required parts. Alternate parts would have to pass extensive performance and qualification testing to ensure the parts meet the Militarys requirements , the cost of which would be considered in the acquisition decision. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that the item supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army.
