Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are only available in CAPRS at https://ric1s-c025.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. This information cannot be accessed via cFolders. This procurement is expected to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base year and four option years. This IQC will be for BOTH Customer Direct and DLA Direct Contract Line Items. The ordering limitations for the base and option years for Customer Direct are as follows: (B=Base Year, O=Option year) Minimum Order Quantity: B=1, O=1/ Maximum Order Quantity: B=10, O=10). The ordering limitations for the base and option years for DLA Direct are as follows: (B=Base Year, O=Option year) Guaranteed Buy Quantity: B=41 / Minimum Order Quantity: B=41, O=41/ Maximum Order Quantity: B=83, O=83/ Maximum Contract Quantity: B=248, O=248 / Estimated annual quantity: B=165, O=165. This item is a Critical Application Item that is controlled with configuration control. A government furnished Mylar is required to produce this item. This Mylar will be shipped to the awardee within 30 days from date of the award. A Government First Article test applies to this NSN. Delivery for the first article is 90 days from date of receipt of mylar. Production delivery is 247 days from date of First Article Acceptance for DLA Direct CLINs. Delivery for Customer Direct orders will be in accordance with the Category and Priority of the order and will be listed on the solicitation. FOB is Origin; Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside. Only offers received from small business entities will be considered. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies: the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation opening date is 09/27/07, the close date is 10/29/07.
