- Anesthesiologist services to be provided at VA's West Haven Campus located at 950 Campbell Avenue in West Haven, CT. Services will be provided on an as needed, per diem basis. Performance period will be from October 1, 2007 through September 30, 2008. Solicitation package will include one additional option year period. NAICS code 621111 applies to this procurement. Solicitation shall be posted on or about September 10, 2007.
