- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on Reference Number F4ET107176A001. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-20 and Defense Change Notice 20070906. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). North American Industrial Classification Standard 337215 applies to this procurement, and the small business size standard is 500. The following service is requested in this solicitation: CLIN 0001: Manufacture/deliver/install A-10 pilot life support equipment lockers per the specifications in the supplemental attachment, 65 each. Supplies to be installed at Whiteman AFB, MO 65305. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items; FAR 52.252-2, Clauses Incorporated by Reference; and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Order ? Commercial Items. Specifically, the following clauses cited are applicable to this solicitation: FAR 52.222-26, Equal Opportunity; FAR 52.222-35, Affirmative Action for Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era; FAR 52.222-36, Affirmative Action for Handicapped Workers; FAR 52.222-37, Employment Reports on Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era, FAR 52.224-1, Privacy Act Notification; FAR 52.224-2, Privacy Act; and FAR 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer ? Central Contractor Registration. The clause at DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration; DFARS 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders; DFARS 252.225- 7001, Buy American Act and Balance of Payment Program, Service Contract Act of 1965; FAR Part 52.222-41. Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3 ? Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items with its offer. The Government reserves the right to award on a multiple award or an all or none basis. All firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database @ www.ccr.gov to be considered for award.
