- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Naval EOD Technology Division, Indian Head, Maryland is soliciting proposal for the following requirements (No Substitutes): South African 155 MM HE - 15 each; USSR 152mm OF 540 - 30 each; USSR 130mm OF 33 - 30 each; USSR 122mm - 30 each; 120mm Mortar - 30 each; Chinese 107mm rocket type 63-2 - 15 each; USSR 130mm OF 33 - 30 each; USSR 82mm HE Mortar - 12 each; USSR PG-9 - 12 each; USSR PG-7 - 12 each; USSR 57mm Rocket - 12 each; Italian VS 1.6 AT Landmine - 30 each; Italian VS 2.2 AT Landmine - 30 each; USSR 160mm HE Mortar - 15 each FOB Destination (Naval EOD Technology Division, Indian Head, Maryland 20640-5070). Payment will be made by Government Credit Card under Net 30 Terms. Offers are due no later than 1300 hours, Monday, 17 September 2007 and shall be submitted electronically to Marjorie.frazier@navy.mil. Evaluation Criteria/Procedures: Offers will be evaluated based on the following best value criteria in descending order of importance: Technical, Past Performance, corporate Experience and Price. This award is a Commercial Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. The following FAR provisions apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors items, and 52.212-2, Evaluation of Commercial Items, applies to the acquisition. Offerors shall include a completed copy of FAR provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, and furnish Federal Tax Identification Number, Cage Code, Central Contractor Registration Number, DUNS Number and applicable FSC codes with this off er. FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items and 52.212-5, contract Terms and Conditions Required Implementing Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items apply to the acquisition. FAR 52.219-8, Utilization of Small Business Concerns. The Government reserves the right to select for award, all, some, or none of the proposals received in response to this announcement.
