- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W911SR-07-T-0005. This solicitation is UNRESTRICTED. It is NOT a Total Small Busine ss Set Aside. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-04. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 332439 and the Business Size Standard is 500. The contractor shall provide the following: CLIN 0001 - 20' ISO Shelter w/ Extensions on Both Sides quantity two each. Includes: Color: Exterior Desert Sand; Interior White; Electric Leveling Jacks; Air mobility option that allow for retractable bottom ISO corner blocks; Electrical System (lights); Deployment electronics; Communications Panel; 25' Shore Power Cable; Shore Power Connectors (2) Exterior; Viewing Port in Door w/ Blackout feature; 120/208 VAC, 3-Phase, 60 Hz Electrica l Service; 100 Amp Electrical Service; Mil-C-2292, Class L, (MEPDIS) Connectors; Signal Entry Panel w/ Telephone Jacks (2) Cat 5 RS232 Jacks (2); Interior HVAC Soft Plenum/Ducts; LED Lighting w/ 8 LEDs Switches to Red When Opening Door at Night ; Cargo Tiedown Seat Track Along Center Floor Near Outside Edge; Wall Cabinets in Wing Walls w/ Mounting Tracks (Stanley Vidmar type; Weather Tight Exterior Door Breezeway (Removable). CLIN 0002 - High Speed Removal Wheel Set quantity two ea ch. Includes: 24VDC electro-hydraulic system to raise and lower the shelter. Delivery shall be no later than February 2008 to: Product Manager Consequence Management (PM CM), ATTN: SFAE-CBD-GN-W, Edgewood Area; Berger Lab Complex, Bldg E3549; Ricketts Point Road; APG, MD 21010-5424. Shipping shall be FOB destination. Inspect ion and acceptance will be at the factory. The contract will be awarded to Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The technical evaluation will be a determination as to equality of the product and shall be based on information furnished by the vendor. The Government is not responsible for lo cating or securing any information which is not identified in the quotation. To ensure sufficient information is available, vendors shall provide descriptive material such as illustrations, drawings, or other information necessary for the Government to de termine whether the product meets the salient characteristics of the requirement. The Government will award a contract to the offeror whose offer conforms to this solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors consid ered. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. The following clauses will be incorporated by reference. 52.209-6 Protecting the Government s Interest When Subcontracting with contractors debarred, suspended or proposed for debarment. 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, 52.223-11 O zone-Depleting Substances, 52-247 -34 F.O.B. Destination. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Offeror shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifi cations Commercial Items, and DFAR 252.212-7000, Offeror Representation and Certification with its offer. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition .
