Description
This is an amendment to the combined solicitation N40442-07-T-7016 showing all questions asked by potential vendors. 1. Do you know what t prompt payment terms are? Answer: Please provide all other information asked for in last paragraph of RFQ and disregard prompt payment terms. 2. Who is the incumbent and what is the incumbent contract number? Answer: Saber System is the incumbent and contract number is N40442-07-P-7003. 3. Who is the Tech POC and what is his/ her contact information? Answer: All questions are to flow through me and I will forward to technical poc. 4. What is an estimated contract value (I understand if you cannot provide this)? Answer: Question can not be answered. 5. Does this Solicitation require that a Classifier work on site? Answer: Yes and No. Onsite only when requested, some work may not be required on site for example desk audits; on site performance as required. 6. Estimated # Positions: Answer: -Officer: 0 -Enlisted: 0 -Civilian: 380 0n board 429 authorized 7. I assume this audit is required on an on-going basis since you are looking at future extensions. This is not a one time audit? Am I correct? Answer: Audits are only as requested/ required (minimal to the overall workload) 8. Time at base: I assume that this is not a full time required position at the base but, after the initial reviews with more time required at the base, that this could be easily be covered with a 3-5 days per month on the base? Am I correct? Answer: Audits on -site required minimal, per the SOW > 35 hours per month which is not full time. 9. On-site vs Off-site Costing: these are my two methods of cost structuring. It can be cheaper to come to the site, do some work and then finish the work back in my office. Is this possibly? It can save you $$. Answer: We provide travel reimbursement IAW JTR. On site is as required 10. Start Date: after the initial award, when would you like the contractor to start providing services? Answer: Upon award of contract no sooner then 1 Oct. 11. What is the projected volume of work, i.e., number of position descriptions and evaluations, to be completed over the 3 year period of this contract? Answer: Listed below is the number of positions at MSFSC -Officer: 0 -Enlisted: 0 - Civilian: 380 0n board 429 authorized 12. Do you anticipate that the volume of work will initially be higher in order to satisfy a backlog of position description requests? Answer: The initial workload w/n be higher to satisfy a backlog. 13. Should the fixed price quotation be for one unit of work, i.e., final position description and evaluation? Answer: Price quote should be your hourly rate times the estimated 420 hours per year.
