Description
FIRST: The closing date is hereby extended from 09/10/2007 to Wednesday, 09/12/2007 at 3:30 CDT. SECOND: In addition to the 1st amendment that changed the BTUs from 325,000 to 240,000, and in lieu of the original specification requirements issued in the original 08/31/2007 combined synopsis/solicitation, the Aircraft Mobile Pre-Conditioned Air Unit Minimum Requirements are hereby changed to read; Construction: Painted steel frame, Body access panels and doors, Locking Nose tire brake, Pneumatic tires, External control panel, Strong resistance paint to chemicals and a high heat environment. Performance: 20 Ton Cooling capacity, Refrigerant R134a, R22, or equivalent. Environmental: Operation temperatures 75 - 125 degrees, Relative humidity 8-100 percent. Electrical: 20 HP Minimum Blower motor, Condenser fan motors a minimum of 2 at 2HP. Control: 24 VAC control voltage, Manual and automatic mode selection, Damper airflow control, Operation panel with large lighted momentary push buttons. Generator/Engine set: AC output 480V, 3PH, 4wire, Continuous duty alternator Diesel power engine, Oil pressure, water temperture, fuel, volt meter, tach, and hour meter gauges, Start and stop buttons. Protection: Airflow loss, High/low refrigerant pressure, Circuit breakers and overload shutdown protection for AC unit and motor. Configuration: At least 14 inches D insulated delivery hose; 20 foot length with a standard aircraft connection. Publications: Must have a Operating manual, Maintenance manual, and Illustrated parts manual. Unit must be able to supply cooled condition air to B737, B727, B757, DC9, MD80, aircraft. THIRD: Except as provided herein, all other terms and conditions remain unchanged and full force and effect.
