- The Government (88 CONS/PKA) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) and FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(ii). The proposed source is: WIENER, PLEIN & BAUS, LTD., SPRINGFIELD, OH. The items being procured are Quantity: (2) each, CERN/CE, Wiener 19 inch CAMAC Crate (Part Number CAMAC 1650W); and Quantity: (2) each, Wiener CAMAC Crate Controller with USB2 Interface, with Programmable Logic and Integrated CAMAC Dataway (Part Number CC-USB).?n This notice is being published for information purposes only, and is not a request for competitive quotations. However, any quotations received within three (3) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
