Description

. The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under solicitation number VA786-07-RP-0269 for the following service: The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, supervision, transportation, material and equipment, to provide Janitorial/Custodial Services at Massachusetts National Cemetery located in Borne, MA (approximately 4130 sq. ft). The contract term shall be for one (1) Base Year, October 1, 2007 through September 30, 2008, with up to four (4) 1- year options to extend the term of the contract through September 30, 2012. The NAICS Code is 561720. Size standard of 15M is applicable. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses. Evaluation criteria for this award will be in the following descending order: (1) Past Performance, (2) Technical, (3) Price. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about September 6. No telephone requests will be accepted.
