- The Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), Acquisition and Procurement Office, on behalf of the Office of Diversity Management and Equal Opportunity, intends to award a Sole Source contract to HENAAC, 3900 Whiteside Street, Los Angeles, CA. The proposed contract action is for sponsorship support services for which the Government intends to solicit with only one source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Capability statements must be received within 10 days from publication of this notice. This procurement is a means for the Department of Defense (DoD) to increase its minority outreach efforts through visibility at the Hispanic Engineer National Achievement Awards.
