This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Bay Pines VA Healthcare System, Bay Pines, Florida intends to purchase the Crucial Conversations Participation Suite, 3rd Edition. This acquisition is unrestricted. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541618 with a business size standard of $6.5 Million. The Bay Pines VA Healthcare System requires the following items listed below. The specific evaluation criteria included in paragraph (a) are: 1) price 2) technical capability- technical capability is more important than price. All Offerors shall include a completed copy of 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items. All offerors shall also ensure that their company is properly registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov.
