- REQUEST FOR QUOTATION SB1341-07-RQ-0471 AMENDMENT #0003 The above referenced request for quotation is hereby amended to answer the following: QUESTION: Can we have a 5 business day extension on the deadline? ANSWER: NO QUESTION: Past performance record evaluation, is this in all govt contracts or solely technology assessment contracts? ANSWER: All government contracts. QUESTION: Detailed information on what type of technologies the will be provide? ANSWER: See the Performance Work Statement (PWS) in the solicitation. QUESTION: How will the proposals be evaluated for expertise given that the type of technology is not released? What criteria will determine level of expertise? ANSWER: See Factors for Award in the solicitation. QUESTION: Under scope of work- line 9 states who is the potential licensee, investor, or other commercialization partner ( to target specified by awardees preferences). What will be an example of their preferences? Who much detailed information are the required, ie specific companies, names of investors, or general industry and investors such as vc, angels, corporate investors. ANSWER: No further information is available. Please provide your best response to the RFQ. QUESTION: Under scope of work- line 10 states a commercialization strategy, together with tasking and a schedule, for implementation of the strategy and design suggestions for the products. What are the specifics that the SBIR is looking for? What type of strategy can be created without having interaction with the company that will be implementing this technology? Please elaborate with specific details? ANSWER: Refer to Line Item No. 10 of the PWS. QUESTION: Names of past awardees and procurement pricing history? ANSWER: No further information is available.
