Description

The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation is issuing a solicitation (negotiated) for the purpose of requesting proposals for providing all personnel necessary to operate and maintain the Paradox Valley Unit Facility. The Facility shall be staffed 24 hours/day, 7 days/week during injection operations with sufficient resources, personnel, consumables and spare parts to provide for day-to-day operations and maintenance activities. The Paradox Valley Unit (Facility)- Colorado River Basin Salinity Control Program (CRBSCP) and related facilities are located near Bedrock, Colorado and are operated under the administration of the Bureau of Reclamation, Upper Colorado Region, Western Colorado Area Office - Durango. The Facility is located on the Dolores River approximately one mile from Bedrock, Colorado. A site visit is tentatively scheduled for September 19, 2007, at 9:00 a.m. The confirmed date will be listed in the solicitation. The work will be performed under NAICS Code 561210. The contract will be firm-fixed price plus award fee. Approximate date of solicitation issuance is September 10, 2007. Prospective vendors must register in CCR prior to the award of a contract.
