Description

NSN 6135-01-438-9450 is added to this solicitation. The solicitation is being issued to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract for NSN 6135-01-438-9450 Battery, Nonrechargeable, Lithium Sulfur Dioxide and NSN 6135-01-523-3037 Battery, Nonrechargeable, Lithium Sulfur Dioxide with state of charge indicator (SOCI). The base period is two years. Provisions will be included to extend the term of the contract for three one-year option periods. Estimated annual quantity: approx.69,500 PG combined total. Surge and Sustainment provisions will also be included. Contractor First Article Testing and Safety Assessment Report required. Unrestricted. Other Than Full and Open Competition applicable. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Notes 13 and 26 apply.
