Description: The repeater system and the console were purchased under the existing DOI contract with Motorola. The equipment being purchased now is upgrading that equipment with additional features needed to allow dispatch service onto the Blue Ridge Parkway radio system. When the original radio console was purchased it was part of the overall replacement of the Park's communications equipment.
