- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Offerors should check the FebBizOpps website often for new solicitations and/or changes (AMENDMENTS) to existing ones. THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS UNDER NAICS CODE 326112 (SIC 2821) WITH A SIZE STANDARD OF 500 EMPLOYEES. The USACE, Engineering Research & Development Center (ERDC), Department of Public Works has a need for the following: 36 Untrimmed Clear Acrylic Sheets meeting the following requirements: 1. Each sheet shall measure 2 X 48 w X 96 l. 2. The material shall be Spartech polycast material cell cast untrimmed paper mask with certs. 3. Delivery shall be within 15 days after receipt of Purchase Order Delivery FOB shall be made within 15 days after receipt of award, to the following location: U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), CEERD-PW-E, 3909 Halls Ferry Road, Vicksburg, MS 39180. This procurement may be quoted as follows: CLIN 0001: Untrimmed Clear Acrylic Sheets, 2 X 48 X 96 , Quantity 36, Unit: EA, Unit Price:___________, Total Amount:__________. CLIN 0002: Shipping & Handling (Delivery), Quantity 1, Unit: Lump Sum, Total Amount:__________. Total Quote, including delivery: __________. FAR Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Offerors MUST INCLUDE a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with this offer, or provide notification that Representations and Certifications are available on the ORCA website. Award CANNOT be made unless you are registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). Registering electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. will expedite the process.
