Description

The United States Army Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC), Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) repair contract to refurbish and upgrade the governments existing 8 Signal Scanners from m odel number TD-1104/GSC, NSN 5985-00-256-6317, part number SM-D-571938 to model number TD-1104/GSC, NSN 5985-01-444-5370, part number A3194584, in accordance with CE-LCMC Performance Specification A3194584. In Accordance with FAR 6.302-1 -- Only One Respo nsible Source and no other supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirements -- Only the performance specifications cited above are available. The government does not possess the technical data, drawing, or specifications, completely defining the form , fit and function of the items being repaired. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the government. The solicitation W15P7T-07-R-J201, will be posted on the Army Single Face to Industry Interactive Business Opportun ities Page (ASFI IBOP) at http://abop.monmouth.army.mil on or about September 7th 2007.
