- The purpose for this modification to the previous notice is to include answers to questions received to date. Questions will not be answered after 3:00 p.m. 23 August 2007. 1. Question: Is the RFP correct by stating 900 hours for one year? Answer: Yes. 2. Question: Is that 900 hours per labor category? Answer: No. This is for all labor categories. 3. Question: Cannot find this RFP on the CCE website. Where can I get a copy of the full RFP? Answer: The RFP CANNOT be found on the CCE website. The RFP can be found on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website at: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation_view.cfm?psolicitationnbr=W91WAW07T0140 4. Question: Is the RFP still open? Answer: Yes, it closes at 3:00 p.m. Monday, August 27, 2007. 5. Question: Does the vendor need to be local to Washington Area? Answer: No. 6. Question: Does formal documentation showing disabled status need to be accompanied? Answer: Yes, all formal documentation should be included with your response. 7. Question: How often does the organization meet regarding the ME? Is it possible to dial into the meetings? Answer: There are no specific meeting requirements with respect to a standard meeting date and time. Meetings are held to discuss the project or task as needed. Depending on the complexity and the people involved, the topic may require one or more fa ce-to-face meetings. Based on previous experience, the majority of the work is anticipated to be accomplished via conference calls and email. 8. Question: When will the contract be awarded? Answer: On or before September 30, 2007. 9. Question: Does the SOW describe the service we are looking for? Answer: Yes, a description of the service(s) needed can be found in the Solicitation within the Performance Work Statement (PWS) section. 10. Question: What is the contract type? Answer: The contract type is stated in the solicitation in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) section as a Time and Materials type contract. 11. Question: Is there an incumbent for this contract currently or is this a new requirement? Answer: No, there is no incumbent for this contract. This is a new requirement. Please note questions will not be answered after Thursday August 23, 2007.
