Description

This Notice of Contract Action (NOCA) is to inform that the 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a contract for a "sole source" to JOHN F. KENNEDY SCHOOLS OF GOVERNMENT, HARVARD UNIVERSITY, Cambridge, MA., to provide educational services for four (4) personnel for the academic year of Aug 2008, for the College of Aerospace Doctrine Research and Education (CADRE), Maxwell AFB, AL. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304?11), only one responsible source and no other supplies or service will satisfy agency requirements. NAICS Code 611310. The period of performance is Aug 2007- through Aug 2008. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there is any business that can provide an "or equal" service meeting the following requested educational requirements, you must respond to this notice before 2: 00 PM (Central Daylight Savings Time) on 25 Aug 2007. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole source contract to JOHN F. KENNEDY SCHOOL OF GOVERNMENT, HAVARD UNIVERSITY, will be pursued.
