- The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza South, Bldg 804, Maxwell AFB, AL 36112 will issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Aviation Ground School Material: Jeppesen item numbers:(JS-202200), (JS-314505), (JS-526558), (JS-312400), (JS-334549), (JS-514101), (JS-GLPPWECD), (JS-415000), and (JS-273068) for the Air Force Officer Assession and Training School at Maxwell AFB, AL. Prospective vendors must be able to supply all materials. This is expected be a Firm-Fixed price contract with four, one-year options. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 424920 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. RFP #FA3300-07-R-0024 is being posted as a small business set-aside separately on the FedBizOpps (FBO) website at http://www.fbo.gov/. Paper copies of the RFP will not be available; you may download the RFP and submit your proposal as required. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Questions regarding the RFP must be received in writing via email by 2PM on 17 Aug 07. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All offerors responding to the RFP must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) system, which can be accomplished via the internet at http://www.ccr.gov., Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) database at http://www.wawf.eb.mil, and the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://www.bpn.gov.
