- This synopsis is for SPM4A6-07-R-0926, NSN: 9150-00-926-8963? Lubricant, Colloidal Graphite in Isopropanol; D.O.T. Class: 3. Shipping Name: Flammable Liquid, N.O.S. (Isopropyl Alcohol), UN1993 or Isopropanol, UN1219 or Isopropyl Alcohol, UN1219. QPL applies IAW MIL-L-24131C. Unit container contains 2 fluid ounces (OZ).Closure: Screw cap with brush applicator. Shelf Life: Type II, 24 months applies. Mark and label IAW MIL-STD-290F. MSDS and OSHA Hazard Warning Label are required. QAP 004 applies. Solicitation will be issued as an Indefinite Quantity Contract, Fixed Price with EPA with one base year plus two option years. Solicitation will not contain progress payments. There are Surge & Sustainment requirements for this NSN. Pricing will be based on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) Quantity which is 3,684 OZ for the base and option years. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity (Base Year Only) is 900 OZ. The Maximum Contract Quantity is 7,368 OZ for the base and option years. The Minimum/Maximum per order for the base and option years is 900 OZ / 1,800 OZ. Solicitation will be issued as Unrestricted under the procedures of Full and Open Competition. This is a commercial item. FOB is Destination. Inspection/Acceptance is at Destination. Quantity Variance is plus 10% or minus 10%. Required delivery is 30 days ARO. DLA-Direct delivery will be as follows: Line Item 0001 to Tracy, CA (DDJC); Line Item 0002 to Richmond, VA (DDRV); Line Item 0003 to Albany, GA (DDAG); & Line Item 0004 for DPMS (see below for details). This item is a critical application item. This item is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). Note: Distribution Planning & Management System (DPMS) will be incorporated into this solicitation.
