- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, a firm fixed price purchase order to GeoTechnical Instruments for 5 each C02 Analyzers, in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302.1. This requirement is being issued as a Sole Source Non-Competitive, Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached Solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9. The solicitation number for this requirement issued as a Request for Purchase (RFP) N00253-07-T-0259. Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Federal Circulars 2005-18 are included in the Solicitation. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334513 and is unrestricted. Requirements and eval uation procedures are listed in the attached Solicitation, which is required to be returned completely filled out. Offers shall be FOB Destination to NUWC Keyport WA 98345-7610.
