- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; request f or quotes (RFQ) are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Army Contracting Agency, Fort Riley, Kansas has a requirement for the following retainers as described, quantities, item number, part number and required delivery date: Description: Warrior Aid and Litter Kit (WALK"); Quantity of 999 Each; Item# 80-0059; NSN#: 6545-01-532-4962; Delivery Date 10 Nov 2007. The following contents shall be included in the kit: 1 x Bag (CCRK-Warrior Aid); 10 x Gloves (Trauma, Nitrile, Bla ck Talon? (5pr)); 2 x Airway (Nasopharyngeal 28F with Lubricant); 2 x Gauze (Petrolatum 3 x 18 ); 2 x Needle Decompression Kit (14G x 3.25 ); 2 x Tourniquet (Combat Application C-A-T?); 6 x Dressing (Emergency Trauma - ETD" 6 ); 4 x Gauze (Compressed, Vac uum Sealed); 1 x Dressing (Emergency Trauma Abdominal ETD-A); 2 x Splint (SAM? II); 1 x Shears (Trauma, 7.25 ); 2 x Tape (Surgical, Adhesive 2 ); 1 x Card (Reference, Combat Casualty); 2 x Card (NARP T2 Individual Kit); 1 x Panel (Recognition, Orange); 1 x Litter (Evacuation Platform, Talon 90C); 1 x Kit (Management, Hypothermia); 4 x Strap (Tie Down, Universal Litter); and 1 x CD (Training). Delivery is FOB Destion; and inspection and acceptance shall be at destination. Preferred payment method is by My I nvoice or other Electronic means. Contractor must be registered in the CCR - Central Contractor Registration (http://www.ccr.gov/) and registration in ORCA (Online Representations and Certifications Application https://orca.bpn.gov/ is mandatory. A single award will be made to the best value, technical, and price quote.
