- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR ASSESSMENT OF THE DYNAMIC BEHAVIOR OF A HIGH-SPEED FOIL THRUST BEARING TEST RIG. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to open the Request for Quotation (RFQ) on NNC07212638Q to businesses of all sizes. Quotations are welcome from all sources and business sizes. All other requirements and information in the original posting remain unchanged. The due date for receipt of offers remains August 24, 2007, 4:30 pm EST.
