This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quote are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is F2C1EC7201A002 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DCN) 2007-0314 and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2007-0327. Quotes are being solicited on an or equal basis. Specifications must be submitted if quoting on or equal items. This procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333924 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. This combined synopsis and solicitation is for the purchase of a T190 Bobcat Compact Track Loader OR EQUAL. Pricing shall be FOB destination. To: 15th Civil Engineering Squadron, 75 H Street, Bldg 1200, Hickam AFB, HI 96853 with the following requirements: CLIN 0001: T190 Bobcat Compact Track Loader. Part number M0023. Includes the following specifications: 61 HP Turbo Tier II diesel engine, automatically activated glowplugs, auxiliary hydraulics, Bobcat interlock control system (BICS), Bob-Tach, Engine/hydraulic system shutdown, instrumentation: hourmeter, engine temperature and fuel gauges, warning lights, lift arm support, lights front and rear, Operation cab includes: adjustable vinyl suspension seat, dome light, electrical power port, interior cab foam, top roll over protective structure (ROPS), falling object protective structure (FOPS), tracks: rubber, 12.6? wide, spark arrestor muffler. The following accessories are also required: Backup alarm and horn, P/N M0023-P02-C01. High flow hydraulics, P/N M00223-R03-C03. Attachment control kit, P/N M0023-A01-C01. 68?
