Description
NSN: 2915-01-310-2883PR, P/N: 1465M16G04, Noun: SPRAY TIP, NOZZLE, FU; Item Description: Spraybar is a tube assembly with holes that spray fuel into mixer during augmentor operation. FUNCTION: In and out movement of the transducer shaft produces an electrical signal, which indicates the position of the augmentor nozzle. DIMENSIONS: Length 10.65 inch, approx. 1/2 inch tubing. Material: B50TF31/B50TF178 (Hastalloy X). Application: F110 Engine. Destination: FB2039, Tinker AFB,OK. First Article Required. IAW 52.209-1 Qualification Requirements for testing or other quality standards assurance must be completed prior to award. Per Traffic in Arms Regulation prescribed in 22 CFR Section 121 through 128, an export license is required for release of any technical data relating to this contract to any foreign entity. Ranges will be solicited between 184 ea-1106 ea. Final quantity will be determined at time of award. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. The issue date of the solicitation will be approximately 15 days after release of Synopsis. The anticipated award date will be approximately 60 days after close of solicitation. No telephone requests. Only responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered. Specialized manufacturing and inspection processes require prequalification of sources to insure the reliability and quality of the part. Therefore engineering source approval is required. Note: Based upon Market Research, the government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies/services. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to address concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The Ombudsman does not diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but communicates contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman shall maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern.
