- Description
- The General Services Administration, Pacific Rim Region (GSA), is requesting proposals from natural gas suppliers to provide core aggregation and noncore service for accounts in the Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) service territory. Separate line items (CLINs) are established for core aggregation and noncore service. Pricing is requested for one year, October 2007 - October 2008, and alternate pricing for a two year period. An Offeror may submit an offer for core aggregation accounts, noncore service accounts, or both. GSA may award one contract, or separate contracts for core aggregation and noncore service. Core aggregation is open to unrestricted competition. Noncore service is set aside for small business under NAICS 221210. The procurement method will be a competitive negotiated Request for Proposal (RFP) conducted in accordance with Part 12 (Commercial Item) of the FAR. The solicitation will be posted to FBO. GSA intends to award a contract to the Offeror that offers the lowest price for each line item, if such Offeror meets the solicitation's minimum technical (qualifications) requirements. Offeror qualifications are due no later than 12 Noon PDST on Friday September 7, 2007, by fax to Mark Levi at 415.522.3311, or email Mark.Levi@gsa.gov. Price proposals must be submitted no later than 9:00 AM PDST on Friday September 14, 2007, by fax to Mark Levi at 415.522.3311 or email to Mark.Levi@gsa.gov. Instructions are contained in the solicitation. Price proposals must be valid for 1/2 hour. Email questions to Mark.Levi@gsa.gov by 12 Noon PDST Tuesday September 4, 2007, to assure response (an effort will be made to answer questions after that time). Answers to substantive questions will be posted to FBO under this solicitation number.
