Description: Provide and deliver willow stakes, preferably of species Sitka or Hooker, to the locations identified above (detailed maps below). Willow stakes will be no less than six feet in length and a one inch in diameter at their widest point and shall be delivered in bundles of 100 units. Willow stakes that are not used within the first 24 hours of harvesting will be submerged in water, or refrigerated, until such time that they can be used. If needed, the Corps of Engineers will provide willow harvesting sites.
