Description

Seeking qualifications of vendors capable of providing all labor, material, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform preventative maintenance on the Medical Air Compressor System and Medical Vacuum System, Medical Gas Delivery System outlet va lves and associated piping, Manifolds and valves at Keller Army Hospital, West Point, NY 10996. All maintenance and testing work shall conform to the provisions of National Fire Prevention Association 99 (NFPA 99) Standard for Healthcare Facilities. Peri od of performance will be Date of Award thru 30 September 2008 with four (4) option years. Interested parties are asked to provide (i) business name and geographical location; (ii) size of business (large, small) and identification under SBA socioeconomic criteria (e.g., 8[a], HUBZone, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, etc.), (iii) general statement as to experience working on the above-stated systems; (iv) whether the vendor is registered in both the Government's Central Contractor Registrati on (CCR) and Online Representations & Certifications Application (ORCA) websites; and (v) whether vendor has previously provided services at the U.S. Military Academy.
