The size standard is 100 employees. The following provisions apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors; 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items. The specific evaluation criteria included in paragraph (a) are: 1) price 2) technical capability 3) past performance - past performance and technical capability when combined are equal in importance to price.
