- Notice of Intent to award a sole-source procurement under FAR Part 6.302-1 (a)(2) to Ulitmate Knowledge Corp., to provide approximately 90 Network Plus classes and approximatley 90 Security Plus Classes. All students must have access to Ultimate Knowledge Custom USMC Course Managment Framework Software. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 6.302-1 (a)(2) the Government will negotiate directly with Ultimate Knowledge Corp. The contract action is for services for which the Government solicited from only one source, Ultimate Knowledge Corp., under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2). A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice is for information only. It is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation for offers. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611420 and a business size standard of 6.5 Million Dollars. All inquiries and concerns must be addressed in writing to Purchasing and Contracting Branch, Attn: Raymond Garleb, MAGFTTC, MCAGCC Box 788153, Twentynine Palms, CA 92278-8153. Responses to this notice must be submitted no later than 24 Aug 2007 at 1600 (4:00 PM) PST. Interested sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. Response to this synopsis is not required.
