Description

This pre-solicitation and solicitation synopsis is for a construction contract to provide and install Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC)Systems for Building 2, Bay 5, at Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna PA. Work to include, but is not limited to, installing two HVAC rooftop systems complete with controls, power, and wire, including balancing of the HVAC units and distribution system; provide structural support system for new roof curb and Air Handling Units; and incidental related work. Estimated magnitude is between $100,000 - $250,000. NAICS is 238220 (Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors). Annual receipts $13.0 Million. Solicitation W25G1V-07-B-0007 applies. This solicitation, including specifications and drawings, will be issued electronically only. Any amendments will also be issued electronically only. No paper or disk will be available. Issue is in accordance with FAR 4.502, 5.102(d), and 14.205-1(a).
