- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information include in this notice. This announcment constitutes the only solcitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is being conducted with commercial procedures as outlined in FAR 12 reference number N6886971780687 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The resulting contract will be a firmed fix price. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-8. Note #1 applies. SIC 3713, NAICS 336214, F.O.B. Destination. All responsible businesses may submit a quote that shall be considered. Technical point of contact POC is, SC3 Eric Berrios @ 619-437-5234, email address, eric.berrios@navsoc.socom.mil, all potential offerors must be Central Contractor Registered (CCR). 4 each long box 8 FT for Navy vehicles, to include: 1) intregal four point built-in lock down system, 2) interior dome lights (6), 3) interior lights switched at door, 4) aux 12v power, 5) aux 7pole junction box, 6) dual rear locking cargo doors, 7) doubled walled fiberglass floor, 8) skid resistant rubber floor mat, 9) 1 cushioned padded table, drop down patient bench on paasenger side,general storage compartments,attendents seat 1 aux jump seat, front slider window, shlef on passenger side, 10) Roof vent approx 21? x 21?, 11) rear door windows, 12) LB slider window sloped 15? x 72?, 13) ceiling mounted storage cabinets, 14) jacks,(camper style) HD cap. Set of 4 , 15) roof mounted air conditioning, 16) power inverter high output 3000w, 17) roof rack w/single ladder fastener, 18) sec ladder fastener, 19) paint to match =2k6 Ford F-350 code z1, color ?white. All four Units will be shipped to San Diego. USN 93-33849 (2 each Panama) and USN 93-34336 (2 each San Diego). In accordance with FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation- Commercial Items (Jan 1999) award will be made based on technical capability, and price. These evaluation factors have equal importance.
