Description

Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supplies to prepare a video of the Upper Missouri River Breaks National Monument, Intrepretive Panels, Design Criteria, in accordance with the Statement of Work. The objectives of this contract will be to develop an understanding of, and foster appreciation and respect for, agriculture settlers and their families in the Monument. Location of this project is across north-central Montana, from Ft. Benton, Montana, to the Kipp Recreation Area, near the border with the C.M. Russell National Wildlife Refuge. Prospective contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Prospective contractors shall also complete their annual representations and certifications (ORCA) prior to award. Information on CCR registration can be obtained via the internet at http://www.ccr.gov and for ORCA at http://orca.bpn.gov. The Request for Quotations will follow this Announcement within 5 days. No hard copies of the solicitation will be sent out by this office but will be available on the website at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Response date for quotes will be on or about September 6, 2007 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 512191. Small business size standard is $27.0 million See Numbered Notes 1.
