Description
The following information is provided in response to questions/comments posed: 1. The Statement of Objectives is a broad, overarching document whereby delivery orders/task orders are placed on an as needed basis 2. No preference is indicated on contract type within the RFP. The only difference between CLINS 0001 & 0002 and 0005 & 0006 is contract type. Interested contractors can propose FFP or T&M. 3. The time at which proposals are due on August 27, 2007 has been changed from 10AM to 1PM EDT. 4. Proposal page number limitation has been changed from 25 pages to 100 pages, INCLUSIVE of resumes. Additional information regarding page limitations can be found in Section L, paragraph 2.2.1 of the RFP. 5. In accordance with Section L, paragraph 2.2.2 of the RFP proposals shall be submitted in Microsoft Office format; Word or Excel are acceptable means of submission. 6. This is not a new contract. CORE BTS, Inc. is the incumbent. 7. All work is expected to be completed at Watervliet Arsenal. 8. If DD 254???s (Contract Security Classification Specification) are required, this information will be provided at a later date. 9. Labor categories, as listed within Section B of the subject RFP, are not subject to the Service Contract Act; 41.U.S.C 351-357. Additionally, reference is made to FAR 22.110-2 and/or 22.402 10. GS or WG pay grades are not affiliated with any of the positions/labor categories as they are not performed by Government employees. 11. As per RFP Section M paragraph 3.1.1, each contractor, on their own right, shall determine how and what types of information should be provided in accordance with the subject RFP. 12. Commencement of this contract shall occur after receipt of responsive proposals and evaluation of afore said. 13. Business practices involving possible potential subcontractors and employees are outside the realm of the government and are solely between those business entities.
