Description

PR Number(s): FD20200768197 Item: 0001 Description: Provide local program support, data tracking, repair/component replacement documentation, and support for four (4) MPTSs located in Bldg 2016, HAFB UT; Little Mt SVIC, Hill AFB, UT; and White Sands Test Facility, NM. Contractor shall provide all labor, and other parts/materials and equipment to accomplish this effort. The NSNs for the two types of MPTS are (1) 4935-01-521-3683AH (4 of the MPTSs)and;(2) 4935-01-433-2222AH. Part numbers are 9565000-30 and 96650000-10 respectively. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. The proposed contract action is for services for a base and four option periods. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. The Government intends to contract with Advanced Testing Technologies Inc. (ATTI) Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1), Justification: Service maintenance will be required on hardware items as well as software that is proprietary to the original equipment manufacturer, thus is available from only one responsible source(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The government does not own the rights to the data required for maintenance of these test sets. Other interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.
