CHAIN STOPPER, KIT TO INCLUDE ALL PARTS IN THE QUANTITIES AS REQUIRED BY DWG FL-2605-34 SHEET 2A.SEE ATTACHED SOW AND DRAWINGS. QA RQMTS LISTED BELOW, PART NUMBER FL-2605-34-2A, QTY 20 EA ITEM 2: NSN 2030-01-485-7215, REPAIR KIT FOR 1 7/8? CHAIN STOPPER, KIT TO INCLUDE ALL PARTS IN THE QUANTITIES AS REQUIRED BY DWG FL-2605-34 SHEET 2.SEE ATTACHED SOW AND DRAWINGS. QA RQMTS LISTED BELOW. PART NUMBER FL-2605-34-2, QTY 20 EA A Quality Assurance Inspection is required on this contract, whereas the Contractor will notify the Coast Guard 7 calendar days prior to contract being ready for Quality Assurance inspections or monitored testing required. Delivery shall be FOB Destination, USCG Engineering Logistics Center, Receiving Room, 2401 Hawkins Point Rd, Baltimore, MD 21226. REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) SHALL BE AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD FROM FEDBIZOPPS (www.fbo.gov ) ON OR ABOUT 8/8/07. IT IS THE OFFERORS RESPONSIBILITY TO MONITOR THE EPS SYSTEMS FOR CHANGES OR AMENDMENTS TO THE QUOTATION. All responsible and responsive sources are invited to express their interest & ABILITY to provide the above-described item, via email to Kathy Lobasso at Kathleen.k.lobasso@uscg.mil or call 410-762-6494. Offeror must also fill out and return FAR Clause 52.252-1 Solicitation Provisions Incorporated by Reference. In accordance with FAR Case 2002-24, Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-26, and FAR Subpart 4.12 - Annual Representations and Certifications, the use of ORCA became mandatory as of January 1, 2005. ORCA is available through the Business Partner Network (BPN) at www.bpn.gov. Contractors shall use ORCA to electronically submit annual representations and certifications (REPS & Certs) in accordance with FAR Clause 52.212-3. FAR 22.6 Walsh-Healey Public Contracts Act is incorporated in this solicitation. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor FEDBIZSOPPS for changes or amendments to the RFQ.
