Description

SUBJECT: Low Level Radioactive Waste (LLRW) RESPONSE DATE: August 20,2007; 2:00pm This is an amendment to the combined synopsis/solicitation to correct the descriptions for CLIN 0002 and CLIN 0003 as follows: CLIN 0002 CLIN 0002 -- Processing and Disposal Bulk DAW, palletized & shrink-wrapped ventilation system air filters; less than 0.1 mR/hr maximum contact dose-rates; filters have either metal frames of fiberboard frames, each is ~ 30 inches x 30 inches x 10 inches; approx. 1,000 lbs, 1 lot. CLIN 0003 CLIN 0003 -- Processing and Disposal Bulk DAW, palletized & shrink-wrapped: an activated stainless-steel shell, filled with concrete, ~ 46 inches x 18 inches x 11 inches, less than 3 mR/hr maximum contact dose-rate, 1,414 lbs, 1 lot. All other terms and conditions remain the same as a result of this amendment. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (06-AUG-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
