- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION (NIGHT VISION EQUIPMENT) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation/synopsis reference number HQ0028-7207-9005 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18.
