- Description
- The work consists of dredging, with a deep draft hopper dredge, approximately 1,800,000 cubic yards of material that is comprised of maintenance material from 12,600 feet of project channel with variable widths of 400 to 600 feet to required depths o f 47 to 49 feet below mean low tide and 2 feet of allowable overdepth. Material will be deposited in open water placement areas. The estimated completion time is 90 calendar days, with 900,000 cubic yards of dredge material per month. Estimated solicitat ion issue date is on or about 21 Aug 2007. The estimated cost range for this project is between $1 million and $5 million. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this project is 237990. The Small Business Size Sta ndard is $18.5 million and will be advertised, UNRESTRICTED.
