- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W911XK-07-T-0107 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorpo rated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-16, dated 22 Mar 2007. The specification for the stone and location map for Keweenaw Waterway, MI is posted to www.fedteds.gov under solicitation number W911XK-07-T-0 107. Item Description Line Item 0001 Rip Rap 1 (200-500 lbs), Qty 400 Ton, Unit Price $_____, Amount $_____. Option Line Item 0002, Rip Rap 1 ( 200-500 lb), Qty 1500 ton, Unit Price $_______, Amount $_______. Option Line Item 0003 Armor 1 (1-6 ton), Qty 1000 Ton, Unit Price $________, Amount $_______. Option Line Item 0004, Armor 2 (6-12 ton), Qty 500 Ton, Unit Price $_______, Amount $______. Stone shall be delivered to Keweenaw Waterway, MI as shown on location map. The Government intends to make one single award to the most responsive and responsible lowest price quote. The provision FAR 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors Commercial Items is applicable. Contractor is required to complete all work within 45 days of contract award. Type of contract will be firm fixed price.
